I understand that these bike are not Kawasaki, Suzuki etc, but I do understand that they are good bikes. The Apollos are becoming more popular. Anyway, after riding once, didn't even get the bike out 2nd cause my son is still learning, the back shock broke and was leaking. I told Avanti and I was quoted one week for the part and repair. The day before the week was up I was called to bring the bike in and writing 30 minutes the part was changed and I was on my way. I was very happy with this service, yes the bike should've held up, but "it" happens and they took responsibility and fixed it fast. 5 Stars!
